Creative producing and consulting for narratives that confront the personal and political with urgency, curiosity, and heart.

amour is an independent production company and online publication. We’re drawn to narratives that provoke—stories that confront power, perception, and vulnerability. Our films sit at the intersection of the personal and the political, using characters as a way to ask larger questions about the world we live in, and present every  perspective.

We believe every story begins with a fascination for the strangest, darkest parts of ourselves. Our work dives into that chaos — not to resolve it, but to reflect it — and to remind us that what separates us is often what connects us most deeply.

From intimate dramas to urgent social commentaries. Our most recent work, PORTRAIT, executive produced by Thomas Sadoski, Omar Mullick, and Suroosh Alvi, explores empathy through the lens of war journalism—an example of the kind of daring, character-driven cinema we champion.

amour theatre

amour theatre is our creative extension into performance—developing and producing intimate, character-driven pieces for the stage. We’re drawn to narratives that unfold in close quarters, where silence, gesture, and vulnerability speak louder than spectacle. amour theatre frequently collaborates with RJ Theatre.

films, mon amour: an online publication

films, mon amour is a curated series of love letters to the films that shaped us. A tribute to the cinema that haunts, holds, and moves us. This project brings together filmmakers and cinephiles to celebrate that impulse:
the quiet devotion that drives us to make, to feel, to remember.
